The cover have more profusely applied with roses, shamrock and thistles. The bottom of the basket and the top of the cover have an oval three strand lattice panel, the basket have loop border and twig handles.There is some restoration to the basket.One handle broken and restored, small patch of  restoration to the basketwork, some small nibbles to the edges on few of the flower petals.
